Omashu
The Royal City of Omashu is home to the High Dragon Emperor of the formerly once powerful Jade'da Empire. Established when elven empires ruled most of the known war, fallowing the war of Arcanum, Jade'da was one of the earliest to fall in grace, and instead decided to retreat to the beauty of their island. When Seiko approached them with a treaty of peace in the growing threat of the Straatosi Empire, the Emperor begrudgingly excepted. Many a time, the Dragon Knights of Omashu had protected the ships of their fellow city-states, and in return the Royal Scholars have seen more of the world and brought back knowledge and treasures to their reclusive emperor.
