Seiko
A true shining beacon in the sea of sapphire, Seiko was established long ago by a union of man and dwarf. They both had stumbled upon the rich gem mines within the mountains and canyons, and instead of fighting, they formed a prosperous union. Now that union has flourished to welcome all manner of being from all corners of Ardicil in this wealthy city and grown to include both Port Whaletail and Omashu. The structures itself weave in and out of the jungle topped mountains, with the wealthiest individuals finding themselves in the Cloudtop District. They maintain a healthy alliance with the Great Rama Empire, though it is mostly to keep the Ramani out of their own affairs.
The city of Seiko is now the capitol of the Jade Union, a free trade organization and mutual defense pack between Melora Island , Omashu , Port Whaletail and even the Glasskeep Monastary. Seiko sits at the center of all of this, a beacon of the ideals that once guided the Jade Union.
