Port Whaletail
Port Whaletale is an example of the ingenuity of the mortal races to survive in the world around them. In a place where live struggled to survive, the city of Port Whaletail was built upwards on the jagged cliffs and bluffs that face the ocean. They grew tall and within the massive jagged spires, forming mini-communities that united together to form the Port. Indeed, the spirit here is stronger than many, and denizens have claimed that many a hero has hailed from their famous Port.
The primary export of Port Whaletail is animal products, hunting deep into the Plane of Water to bring back prized resources and trophies. They do this through large expeditious ventures using submarines that dive deep towards a portal to the plane of water near the bottom of the ocean. Deep Hunters then spend weeks filling their hauler with all manner of invading creature, thus protecting the material plane at the same time.
The spires themselves are connected with long suspension bridges and dangling cable cars. Each spire has its own government, traditions and culture, although they seem to show a celebration of their fellow spires as well.
A yearly sporting competition is held between all the spires, as they send for their best of their best to compete in every manner of water-based and climbing competitions.
