Torsari
Home to the infamous undead pirate, Baron Mortis, Torsari is a dreadful floating pile of wrecked ships and ramshackle houses on the coast of a cursed island. Located in a cove protected by jagged cliffs and dangerous reefs, Torsari is occupied by a small amount of denizens. Most are slaves, but there are a handful who are on Torsari by choice, and each is there because they are welcome in no other place.
Most of the town is built around supporting their vampiric captain and his fleet of undeath. They serve the logistics of the fleet, repairing it when it returns, feeding those of the crew who may need it, and providing the means to sell loot and booty that the undead baron cannot do himself.
