Lutveruri City

Though as bountiful a cornucopia as any of the Tsirakan cities, Lutveruri is also a military power that has done much to help stabilize the Coastal Cities of Atakloszan. Oft called the Shield City, Lutveruri is the primary supplier of mid-level military personnel to the Tsirakan army.
