Shimmer City
Called the Breadbasket for its enormous grain exports, Shimmer was once a tiny farming village under Mornalith's thumb, but under the auspices of the Glorylands of Tsirakan it has grown to a giant of commerce, feeding itself and its neighbors. Traditionally, the Raka of Shimmer ventures into the streets once a month to distribute bread to the masses (though many Raka will often designate subordinates to do this instead).
