Rivium City
Called the Plowshare City and the Broken Sword, Rivium was a major military settlement of the Mornal Empire. Its overthrow was a seminal moment in the rise of the Glorylands of Tsirakan. The local Raka reigns from the Split Tower, also called the Broken Sword Tower: an enormous tower wrought in the shape of a sword, which was broken in half during the conquest of Rivium, and never fully repaired. It is considered a symbol of tyranny's destruction.
Today, Rivium does again have a strong military presence, being crucial in repelling Yorqora raids. It also has the second-highest slave population in Northern Olveiria outside of Mornalith (Zizakhun having the highest), though the people of Tsirakan always hasten to describe their far more merciful treatment of their Bound, compared to Mornalith.
