Tezrakhar
One of three administrative rulers of the Tsirakan Tezraks, a Tezrakhar is in charge of all collection and dissemination of taxation in their region. They are directly appointed by the Prosai, and serve until they are dismissed or die. Lutveruri, Rivium, and Stilia are ruled by Tezrakhars, while Zizakhun is ruled by the Prosai themselves. Each Tezrakhar has three Raka serving directly under them, who manage the major city of their region. The exception to this is the Tezrakhar of Rivium, which has two major cities and therefore six Raka.
