The Holy See

The Holy See is the tallest structure in the Oreion captial of Victorum, as decreed by the Inquisition's founder Alexandros Mengsk. Being one of the first buildings constructed when Alexandros first united the Great Houses of Oreion, it is a magnificent feat of engineering, though a bleak reminder to some of the servitude the Inquisition thrusts upon certain races inside their borders.
While the See has areas reserved and dedicated to the various Ancients acknowledged around Western Arkos, they are much smaller than in other nation's centers of worship. It is said that, originally, the Holy See was meant to be even taller than it is currently, with the intention being to be as close to the Creator as possible. However, after several accidents claimed the lives of construction workers in the process, the See was deemed tall enough; the idea of being closer to the Creator physically branded as an act of arrogance.
