The Brunedoore Woods
Most of the Forest of Ardarock share the same name, they are called the Brunedoore woods. There is only two forests on Ardarock that do not share the Brunedoore Woods, those forest are called The Pire Woods and the Forest of Beuw. What separates The Pire Woods from the rest of the forest of Ardarock is that the Pire Woords is infected with a sickness that turns the land and all living things of the woods a sickly orange tone with large boils growing from the living creatures and trees. This sickness is contained to only The Pire Woods on the east part of Ardarock although it once threatened the enter continent. The Forest of Beuw on the other hand is a peaceful oak meadow on the western side of Ardarock, it's tree life is composed only oak trees and is home to mostly calm wild life with the most dangerous animals in the area being wolves and bears. This is unlike the rest of the Brunedoore Woods which spans so much of Ardarock and is full of dangerous and wild creatures. These creatures range from the giants apes who live in the north west parts of the woods, the Girallon who live in The Brunedoore Range and the north parts of the woods. There is also the many different dinosaurs that have migrated from The Savage Barrens into the more lush lands of the Brunedoore woods near Xerkots Range and Adams Town. The most dangerous of the dinosaurs being the tyrannosaurs of different sizes, there is also many forest animals such as: wolves, elk, bears, rabbits, squirrels, boars, foxes, and various; reptiles, monkeys and birds. There is four known kingdoms within the Brunedoore Woods, two are ruled by animal folk they are; Cateros the Catfolk Kingdom and Adelaar the Birdfolk Kingdom. The other two are ruled by reclusive people who are at war with each other, there is the ape like Metton people who stand between five and seven feet tall and the Bolrien people who stand between seven and eight feet tall and have a greenish skin tone with dark black hair. The Bolrien and Metton people have been at war with each other since the start of the second age. It is rare but sometimes these people flee their respective kingdoms and the war to find peace in another kingdom or realm, those who do often try to make their way to Alda Anarth and the city Dran or to the Kingdom IronCrane where they often live in the lower city or fight as gladiators.
