The Exalted Elixir

The Exalted Elixir operates out of a modest shack erected on an outcropping that overlooks Tent Town, which is actually one of the very few new buildings inside of the Bastion. It's also the proprietor's house and not much bigger than a shed. But there's a reason the proprietor, Ummp, lives in a real building whereas so few can afford to. He brews a mean potion... And when you're the only alchemist around you can pretty much charge whatever you want. Few would claim Ummp has a developed sense of fairness, but he is damn fine at what he does nonetheless.
