The Kinaran Navy

Although the Kinar's Navy is not technically a guild, they do have a say in ruling the nation due to the understanding that there must be a few means of defending Kinar. The navy does not really do much in terms of keeping Kinar safe nor does it strike fear into other nations, but they exist. Their purpose is mostly to deter smuggling and keep an eye out for water-based threats, but they don't really do much. The Navy has little say on the council due to its relative lack of importance much like the Army.

Public Agenda

Defend the waters of Kinar against invaders, and ensure that all visiting merchants make it safely to and from the harbor.
