Cultivators

Druids of the Cultivators answer only to the never-ending cycle of the seasons, and the sowing and harvesting that come with it. Each temple has a druid circle attached to it (though this circle may only consist of two members in smaller communities), and each circle has a Harvestbearer, who guides the circle. Because of this, these druids are devoted to Pelor, but also still revere Melora, and give thanks to her for the blessings the land provides. The Harvestbearer guides the druids of each circle, but does not command. These druids will consult and cooperate with the Sun Priests of the temple they are attached to, but ultimately answer only to the cycle of seasons (though they will defer to the judgement of the Archradiant of the Dawn, should they have need of their counsel).
The Cultivators are well-versed in the Druidic arts involving the land, plants, animals, and the tending of all the above. While not priests themselves, they are viewed as priests of the Church of the Dawn because of Pelor's hold over the domain of the harvest. Each Cultivator works to guide the community around them in the best practices of sowing and reaping from the land (depending on the season), and caring for the animals that live there. All of this is overseen by the circle's Harvestbearer, who ensures that everyone knows their job and how best to do it, in regards to the planting, the harvest, and animal husbandry.
As the community around a temple grows, so too do the temple itself and the circle of Cultivators attached to it. When a circle finds itself in need of more members to better aid its community, there are several ways it can seek new members. Often, a circle will pray to Pelor or Melora, asking for guidance. Sometimes these prayers are answered in the form of a new member arriving, following their god's guidance to the place where they are most needed. Most of the time, however, a circle can request aid from their temple's Dawnrector, who will send word to their fellows in temples across their region, as well as the Archradiant themselves, who can aid in the search for additional circle druids.
