Axel Webb's Apartment

Axel Webb has leased his attic apartment from his unscrupulous landlord, Elmer Gallachan, since he first left his family home at the age of fourteen. Despite Axel spending almost all of his income from the Museum on rent, Gallachan has refused to fix the roof since Axel moved in ten years ago. Axel is too afraid of losing the apartment to press the matter.
