Lord Eonir Elixin was a noble with links to a Mesilist past. A highly skilled Arcane Engineer, Elixin was hired by the High Dominion in 518 AXR to make Mesilist Warships for The Σu'ryxian Civil War. This made him incredibly rich however also hailed guilt when he came to terms with the havoc his machines were capable of wreaking. So after his 10 year contract had concluded, Elixin decided to quit and live a quiet life near Ablefell's coast, whilst secretly creating warship designs for the Estrialist Rebellion in an attempt to try to undo the damage he had already done. However, in the early months of 529 AXR, Elixin's designs were stolen by Harlon Ydrenich, an Imperial Aristocrat and Ablefell's chief governor, in order to exploit their use for the Empire's war effort. As a retort, Elixin hired the Masters of the Nine Elements to help take back the blueprints and prevent the war from coming to a savage end. Though he was successful, and the blueprints were retrieved, Elixin was eventually hunted down by André Calixis and escorted to Terren to be executed.
