Also called the Council of Eunuchs, the Tàijiàn Huì are the upper-noble class of the Shin Empire, which operate together with the ruling family in a parliamentary capacity as government.
Members of the Council have committed their entire purpose to the affairs of the Empire, abandoning family, profession, and agreeing to voluntary castration to solidify their dedication.
