Purpose / Function

Originally built by Schurk Industries to secretly imprison and experiment on superhumans that were deemed too useful or dangerous to be recruited into the ranks of their agents, the base eventually fell into the hands of The Century Group who repurposed it for their own use.

Alterations

When Dr Miranda Strand was tasked with testing out the NET device on behalf of Schurk Industries, she elected to have the base refitted so that all doors and computers could interface with those bearing the implant.
