Requirements
They must be an Elfan male.
Appointment
once they have passed all of the Inquisitors tests, they are then taken to a grand Inquisitor of their province and then the grand inquisitor makes the appointed recite a vow and then a blood oath by cutting their palm and pressing it on a portrait of the current Emperor.
Duties
They are to protect the Empire by ensuring all Rebels, terrorists, blasphemers and those who are enemies of the Empire to be destroyed.
Responsibilities
an average day of an Inquisitor involves them being given a commision by a grand Inquisitor and then they go out to the location and spend however many days needed to find and capture an accused person.
Benefits
They have power over a majority of other offices but only the Grand Inquisitor has authority over the higher ranking officials of government.
Accoutrements & Equipment
Their garments are very similar to that of the spanish inquisition but they have an arm band on their arm with the acronym of their organization and they have a gold band that goes around the waist and the brim of their hats and cuffs and ankles of their pants and a long coat that reaches to the knees, and they wear a thick leather vest to stop arrows and short blades from penetrating them.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
treason is grounds for removal and they are to be killed on sight.
