HYDRA

A psuedo-Nazi totalitarian group formed as a branch of the German Nazi Politcal Party during WWII. Orignal head was Red Skull. Following the death of their leader at the hands of Captain AMerica(Steve Rogers), the group went underground, largely boosted by varieous scientists who survived the war by defecting to SHIELD and the Allies.
HYDRA has had its hands in a lot of disasters.  Have a base in Bariloche Argentina

Winter Soldiers

Following WWII, Arnim Zola used the captured Bucky Barnes (James Rogers) whom he had already experiemented on at Azzano, to complete a super soldier similar to Captain America. Barnes recieved a metal arm, having lost his in teh accident that stranded him in the Danube River, and was then brainwashed into an asset of HYDRA.
Several more Soldiers were created, but none as thoroughly effective or brainwashed as Barnes. He was The Winter Soldier.

Red Room

During the Cold War, the KGB created a group called the Red Room to raise and train young girls from infancy to fight as spies. Natasha Romanoff was one such person. In the late '80s, HYDRA lent Barnes to the Red Room to train the children. He was especially effective.

Structure

This Organization is divided into cells to prevent information from being spread. Furthermore, all agents are trained to die before capture.
