Old Yamaian

Old Yamaians is the name reffering to the ethnic group inhabiting the Yama region prior to the colonization by the Kitsune Folk that has lead to the emergence of the Yamajin . Although, they eventually disappeared as a separate people, by mixing and assimilating with the colonists, their appearence and some customs still have some influence over the Yamajin population, especially the lower classes.   Genetically and culturally they were part of the wider family of peoples known as @Bethu.
