Þrínic
Þrínic is the most widespread language of the goblins in Borgalor, with most native speakers being concentrated on Terúk and other countries in southeastern Ójom as well as in Kröþa in the Southlands. It belongs in the southern goblinic branch of the coastal goblinic languages, closely related to þelic spoken primarily in the country of Þelæ northeast of Terúk, and consists of a number of different dialects, with the one spoken in the eponymous city of Þrín generally considered the standard language.
Writing System
Þrínic is written using an alphabet similar to the one used for þelic, both of which evolved from early goblin pictographs during the empire of Onþók and have retained some aspects of these early symbols, unlike others like the öþranic one. While the latter is more widespread in Ójom, the þrínic one is better known outside the region due to its use in Kröþa and within goblin communities in Ytvía in southern Jælondis and Agg-Ahlún in western Örkraz.
