Purpose
I brought these stories together into one book because I cannot find them any where. In fact, I'm not even sure how my mother knew these stories. Are they myths, legends, or tall tales? Why can't I find them?
At any rate, here they are in one collection, so that they can be found.

Since I believe all stories, historical and ficitonal should be available to everyone, so is this collection.
Legal status
I don't know who wrote these stories, but I make no claims to ownership. I am just a historian and in this case, a collector. As it is, I can't tell you if these stories had different authors or not. For all I know, my mother made them up. She won't tell me, and since I can't find them...
