The Treaty of Unification

Preamble

• In recognition of our shared history, common values, and the desire for a unified future, the tribes of Stone fury, Twinstag, Oakseer, and True Blade, hereby establish the Kingdom of Rainegate through this Unification Treaty.

Article I: Formation of the Kingdom

• The tribes of Stonefury, Twinstag, Oakseer, and True Blade shall unite as equal members under the banner of the Kingdom of Rainegate.

Article II: Governance

• The Kingdom of Rainegate shall be governed by a council comprised of representatives from each tribe. This council, known as the Grand Assembly, will ensure fair representation and equal participation.

• A King shall preside over the Kingdom, serving as the ceremonial and symbolic head, representing the unity and continuity of Rainegate. The King's authority will be upheld above the Grand Assembly.

Article III: Territorial Integrity

• Each tribe shall maintain its cultural identity and autonomy within the Kingdom, with defined borders agreed upon by all parties.

• Disputes regarding territory shall be resolved through diplomatic means, overseen by the Grand Assembly.

Article IV: Mutual Defense

• The tribes of the Kingdom of Rainegate pledge mutual defense and support in times of external threats.

• The Grand Assembly shall coordinate efforts to safeguard the borders and maintain the security of the Kingdom.

Article V: Trade and Prosperity

• The Kingdom of Rainegate encourages free and fair trade among its member tribes, promoting economic prosperity for all.

• The Grand Assembly will establish trade routes and agreements to strengthen the economic ties within the Kingdom.

Article VI: Common Welfare

• The Kingdom of Rainegate is committed to the well-being of its citizens, fostering education, healthcare, and cultural exchange for the mutual benefit of all tribes.

Article VII: Age of Unification

• The signing of this treaty marks the beginning of the Age of Unification (AU), symbolizing a new era of cooperation, shared destiny, and the rise of the Kingdom of Rainegate.
