Regretful Decisions
General Summary
The Technician did as they promised in the morning, resetting the library to a more traversable state before heading back to the library entrance to help any others who had made their way back there. The party behind Stela and Caldwell were able to avoid various traps before finding themselves in front of the Mechanagerie. Slipping through a smaller door inset on the larger entrance, the party made themselves known and tried to pass of Stela as a potential conrasu that Ivanu had discovered and brought to the rest of her party. During their talks, however, Stela was messaging the Crimson Slate and was caught in her spellcasting. This led Portia and Rott, the shoony, to twist Imani and her boar into organic mechanized monstrosities before finishing a teleportation spell taking only the Crimson Slate and themselves away. Ivanu initially helped in slaying the tortured boar, but her grief overcame her rage making her unable to attack her sister. Besella dealt the final blow while falling herself.
