Mountain Dyv

Mountain Dyv, sometimes called 'Rock Dyv' are the largest (not counting a Raging Dyv at its zenith) breed of the Dyv race. Hulking specimens that are 10 feet in height or larger, these creatures can be mistaken at a distance for ugly Gevan). Their skin tends toward a dark green or grey, and tough, rock-like protrusions jut from their dense hide.
Mountain Dyv are of low intelligence, but tend to be the most solitary, yet also peaceful of the Dyv. Unless particularly hungry, a Mountain Dyv will not trouble travelers or nearby communities. Rather, the threat of a mountain Dyv has more to do with it devouring a farm's produce.
