Arcasturm Republics

The Gnomes of Arcasturm are driven to researching new forms of protection, being quickly targeted each cataclysm. The gnomes have an Oligarchical system where ones power is defined by how proven your intellect is. Their new automata, the warforged, are intended to be the perfect soldiers to defend their coast, as their airships protect their skies. With new magics forging the strongest metals in the world, these gnomes might just stand a chance. The Arcasturm Republic has a diverse range of cultures and languages, with gnomish being the dominant language. The nation has a strong trade network thanks to its airship fleet, and is known for its valuable goods and services. However, there is also tension within the Arcasturm Republic, particularly in regards to religion. The old pantheon of Trakorin and their tools, known as the Trakorin's Toolbelt, is in competition with the newer religion of the Great Machine, which has gained a significant number of worshippers in recent years.
