The Starcatcher Observatory
The Starcatcher Observatory is a stunning structure located on the floating isle of Zephyr. It was created in cooperation between the Arcasturm Republics and the Skypiercer Clans after the end of the second Cataclysm , with the goal of studying the cosmos and unlocking the secrets of the universe and bringing the two people together.

The observatory is filled with Gnomes from the Tower of Astrology in Arcasturm who are able to use the recordings to divine events to come. These gnomes will work day and night in shifts to observe the stars. A contingent of Warforged guard the observatory but are often ordered away from their posts when the gnomes require some menial labor. Various flocks are also known to visit when they are at a crossroads, often greeted by a group of awaiting gnomes with some answers to the flocks future questions.
