Ginria is a Dwarven mountainhome in the The Harlade Mountains, specializing in subterranean agricultural products.

Demographics

Ginria is a predominently Dwarf community, though it maintains small permanent populations of other sentient races as well. Harlaen Humans from Gundehofen maintain a small diaspora within the city and facilitate most of the mountainhome's surface trade.

Defences

Ginria maintains a professional garrison of 81 guards, who keep peace in the community. When threatened, Ginria can muster a militia of 1000 dwarves to its defense (~65% of the total population).

Industry & Trade

Ginria is a relatively shallow mountainhome, built just beneath the slopes of the Neethon's - an eroded line of peaks between Gundehofen and Genedorf. The relatively-high nitrogen content and solubility of the mountain's rock contribute to bountiful harvests of mushrooms, algae, and even some varieties of shade-tolerant surface crops. Ginria exploits those conditions to specialize in the production and export of subterranean agricultural products to the other Dwarven settlements beneath the The Harlade Mountains, and to settlements within the upper Underdark.
