Tenets of Faith
The best cure is kindness. All deserve a chance at salvation and redemption, and all are owed the kindness of mercy.
Conquer the waves. Blaze new trails, carve new routes, and master the world atop and just beneath the waves. They are my greatest gift to you.
Use, not Overuse. Cherish the bounties afforded to you, but do not hoard them. Punish those who gather in excess or who plunder the bounties of others.
Suffering knows no borders. Care for those in need and never turn away someone in need of help. You are on the side of people - not the countries or creeds that claim them.
Strength through unity. Help bring others together, never let another bear a burden alone, and protect those who stand at your side. Make their goals your own and further the community you ascribe to.

History
Born from the sacrifice of the long-dead third Primordial God, the twin Oceanic Deities were born from the original Ocean God as Husband and Wife, two beings that embodied the two-faced nature of the ocean and its patterns. As Husband and Wife do, they often fight between each other thanks to their conflicting natures, and though Leviathan often disobeys his wife and causes her trouble with his disregard for rules or laws, she loves him through it all and the two stay in a constant balance of love tempered with just a bit of friction.
Relationship Reasoning
Being the twin representations of the ocean and its contradictions and often dualistic nature, Leviathan and his wife Sturgeon are yin and yang...opposites that each represent the natures of the ocean as seen by primitive life long ago...one is chaotic and wild and destructive, and the other caring, gentle, and protective...and though they are opposites it is perhaps because of their opposition that they love each other so. Leviathan is chaotic and destroys freely, tempered by his wife's calmness and soothing nature. Likewise, Sturgeon's forgiveness and gentleness is sharpened and honed by Leviathan's wrath and destructive might which mercilessly destroys and frees all shackled or enslaved. In this way, they are eternally at odds with each other, doomed to never truly exist at the same time, but are similarly bound to each other, in love, and work towards the same goals.
Commonalities & Shared Interests
Both husband and wife share a great love for the sea and those who travel upon it, as well as keeping it and all life that dwells within or on it safe from those who would exploit or use it for nefarious ends.
History
Born from her relationship with Gregaia, Lord of the Wild, Círzithara was born cursed with Uttercold, and due to its extreme danger, she had to be sequestered away into an entirely separate planar dimension where she could be kept isolated from the rest of Reality, lest her Uttercold freeze everything and render all Reality lifeless and frozen. Though she does care for her mother, eons spent locked in her planar cage have eroded her love for her parents and replaced it with a bleak melancholy.
All of us are but travelers at different stages in our life's journey. What can we do but give respect to that journey, and help others find their way?
