Khazum Khalum, The Divine Patriarch
Minor God of Aristocracy, Tradition, Politics, and Chivalry
"Sister, please. If you listen to anything I say, let it be this - do not do this! Great damned fool that you are I know you'll never listen, but please." "Even you, brother? You intend on standing against me?" "Wha - No! Sister, long have I stood at your side. Listened to your woes. You know as well as I, that I understand your feelings. Those mortals are my people too. Our subjects. Seeing them like that is a deeper pain than any other - it wounds our very essence. As that land bleeds, so do our divine souls." "Then why?!" "If you step over this precipice, sister, you'll doom us all. You won't be saving them! Your precious victory will come at the cost of their entire way of life! Is that honorable? Is that noble? Or is it that rotten, malignant, cancer at your core - that disease that masquerades itself as a noble desire to protect the weak, the desire to save them, which in truth is your miserable pride?" "Enough! I will not be lectured by a traitor who turned against his own people! You speak much of honor and virtue for one who was embraced by the enemy! What more do you know of homelands, foreigner?" "...is that what you think of me, sister? I...Nicodema. Sister dearest. Your plan - what you ask of me - what you seek to achieve - is madness." "ENOUGH!" "It is time to face the truth, sister, and make your choice! Start your war, save our homeland, act as you wish - but do not pretend it's for any other reason than to satisfy that ugly, twisted seed in your heart! Do not think I do not see it - we are ever reflections of our homeland, sister. And I know some part of you loathes the burden they have placed upon you - their ugliness, and hatred. But this - this is not the way!"Titles: The Divine Patriarch, Lord of the Lowland Fiefs, The Martyred Monarch, The First Nobleman, Tradition's Herald, The Chivalrous Politician, The Grand Author Favored Weapon: Spiral Rapier Alignment: Lawful Neutral Church Moniker: Church of the Patriarch Obedience: Spend an hour committing your personal code to paper, then burning it upon an open flame of incense once you finish writing it. After it has burned, inhale the fumes and re-affirm your dedication to this code loudly and clearly for all to hear. Obedience Effect: As a standard action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity, you can attempt to impose the binding laws of tradition upon a foe you can see within 30ft - if the target fails a will save(DC based off your CHA or INTMOD, whichever is higher), it has to act in the same way it did on its previous turn, taking the exact same actions in the exact same manner as befits the tradition of their previous turn. Once a creature has been affected by this ability, they cannot be affected again for 1 minute.

Artifacts
As Khazum Khalum has ever been a small-time god even amongst his fellows, he has always had precious little in the way of artifacts - the only one of its name was known to be a large, ancient tome that was once a prized possession of The Empire of Draconia before its collapse some decades before the modern day.
This tome, said to have been a relic of the country's founding centuries ago, was an enormous metal-plated book that was said to contain a flawlessly complete record of every single family tree, geneology chart, detailed genetic analysis reports, and countless other invaluable pieces of information pertaining to EVERY single noble family that had ever existed in The Empire of Draconia, including the royal family of Julian Alexander El-Draco. Said to even be self-updating once the proper rituals were performed to bind a family lineage to its hallowed never-ending pages, this book, once known to the faithful as The Holy Heraldic Archive, was unfortunately lost when the capital of The Empire of Draconia sunk into what is now The Draconian Sea in the center of what is now The Lowland Fiefs.
The faithful, who managed to rebuild in the academy city of Jugantum, are said to be mounting constant diving expeditions to the bottom of the Draconia Sea in the hopes of recovering this relic - but have yet to bear fruit.

Tenets of Faith
Preserve the ways of the past. Honor the ways of your ancestors and preserve the traditions of yore. Do not allow the histories that built you to fall from memory or be disgraced.
Wield the Silver Tongue. Wield your words as deftly as a blade, and know the game of politics. Outsmart and outplay your enemies by word and by scheme, that a blade need never leave its scabbard.
Class and Culture above all. Carry yourself with dignity, class, and honor, and always strive to act in a way that does not dishonor your name or house. Your dignity and code are worth more than your life.
Praise be, Messenger of Peace. It is the mark of a great man to keep a lasting peace - yet the mark of the foolish to think it will last forever. If a life must be taken, ensure it is never taken in vain and never done wantonly - that the horrors of war and violence might spare as many as possible.
