King Julian Alexander El-Draco (a.k.a. The Pauper King)
Physical Description
King Julian was a healthy, fit man in the prime of his life. He was muscular and agile, a capable warrior, and was free of disease or illness at the time of unfortunate execution.
As with all with the El-Draco bloodline, his eyes were bright red and he had a small tooth-shaped scar on his left cheek.
King Julian was a warrior to the core, and had no special abilities aside from his incredibly martial prowess and his bond with his trust friend, Kygoss, the Gold Dragon who served the Throne of Draconia.
Mental characteristics
With his life as a pauper then as a prince, Julian was educated in the ways of the streets long before he received the tutelage of the best teachers in all of Draconia. He was thusly well-educated in all fields both scholarly and otherwise.
Julian was born a pauper, and lived on the streets as a penniless vagrant until his royal blood was discovered and he was groomed for royalty by his father.
The successful separation of the Draconian Church from the Throne. Reversed a great deal of the rampant racism and hatred of inhumans during his reign, and began the long and careful process of fixing Draconia's relations with the Inhuman Coalition, their longtime rival and neighboring country.
No significant failures before his untimely demise.
Julian believed that his country, the Empire of Draconia, was founded on the belief that through unity came strength. He believed in this heavily, and despised the corrupt state of the Church and how it had become synonymous with the Throne. He believed that the King should serve the people, not the other away around. He also believed that the ends justified the means, so long as the end result of his effort was a stable, secure country free of corruption and strife.
Personality Characteristics
Dreamt of restoring Draconia to its rightful place as the foremost civilization in the western continent. Wanted to purge the corruption that had overtaken it and its upper echelons and make it a proud nation once again no matter the cost.
Extremely gifted politician and public speaker. Well-versed in the ways of nobility and was able to balance pleasing the noble houses of Draconia with restoring the power and authority of the throne. Was an excellent and highly gifted warrior, and better General.
Often would not sleep or eat unless he was reminded. Was known to be terrible at the multitude of manners and etiquette that came with being a nobleman. Had a hard time doing anything quickly and off-the-cuff, preferring to make a plan before acting.
Loved his country, and his people. He loved combat and the battlefield, which he saw as a welcome escape from the Throneroom. Disliked noblemen and the game of politics. Hated the Church especially, but not religion and instead simply hated the organization and the corrupt priests within it.
Patient, Meticulous, Careful, and Charismatic. Miserly and unwilling to spend money.
Terribly Short Temper, Was so exacting with his standards he had a hard time keeping friends or allies, and often drove away his guards.
He kept himself spotless and immaculate, but was quite an untidy man and relied on maids and servants to keep his palace clean.
Social
King Julian's father was executed by rival nobility when he was but a child for his pro-inhuman stances. He has many distant relatives, but it is unknown if he had a child before his untimely demise beneath the blade of the peasant Saint, Saint
Olivia.
King Julian believed in faith, and was himself a mildly religious man, but despised the Church of Draconia for its rampant corruption and was incredibly wary of any organized church.
Extremely charismatic and extroverted. Projected an aura of confidence, power, and authority. Was quite clumsy with official noble manners and Etiquette, but his Ego never grew enormous and he stayed humble most of his life.

Close Friend (Vital)
Towards Julian Alexander El-Draco
History
Two soldiers at heart who met on the battlefield, Baron Weiss and King Julian became fast friends after shared experience in the crucible of war. To King Julius, Baron Weiss's brutal honesty and lack of talent for politics made him the perfect friend, and one of his rare friends who he could truly call such, and not one simply out to befriend him for his title. The two were thick as thieves before King Julian's death, and often enjoyed each other's company away from the prying eyes of nobility.
However, due to their respective positions, they unfortunately had to hide how truly close they were...especially for King Julian, who could scarcely afford to allow others to know who his true friends or allies were, lest his enemies take advantage of them against him...and Weiss could nary do the same, lest other Nobles think the King was showing favoritism towards his close friends.
Before his death, King Julian had the wealth of the entire Empire of Draconia at his disposal, but was notable poor and miserly personally.
