The Shirokami
The deadly Secret Police of the Eastern Imperium
Structure
Tamamo-No-Mae, The Kitsune Queen's secret police, so nicknamed for their snow-white attire and wolf masks. They are designed and stylized to be the polar opposite to The Usagiri, and their counterparts. While The Usagiri operate out in the open when they need to and make shows of power by always operating out in public, The Shirokami operate in the shadows and in the darkness, and sow terror and fear into the hearts of the populace for what would happen to them for disobeying Tamamo. They abduct, capture, brainwash, and always strike from where and when they are least expected. The Public fully believes that they have eyes everywhere in The Imperium, and that nowhere is safe from them should they disobey or incur their wrath.
Unlike the Usagiri, the Shirokami are an organization that exists as a separate, standalone entity within The Imperium. They, along with The Bureau of Domestic Affairs, are ran and controlled by Tamamo's Minister of Interior Defense, a position of extreme honor and power that exists outside of the Imperium's political landscape. The Minister reports only to Tamamo, and oversees the Minutae that Tamamo can't be bothered to oversee. They are the second most powerful of "The Three Hidden Armies", but the most hidden amongst them. The public has no knowledge they even exist.
Due to their secretive nature, next to nothing is known of their organizational structure.
Public Agenda
The Shirokami are the reapers in white, the secret police that are charged with protecting the entire Imperium from any who would dare break its laws, threaten it, or warrant the wrath of Tamamo. They operate in absolute secrecy and when they strike, they deal only the finishing blow and retreat into the shadows once more. They deal with only the most important threats, ones that threaten the country or are too powerful for anyone else to handle, or when a task must be carried out in absolute secrecy or when The Minister bids them do something.
Assets
The assets of The Shirokami are completely unknown, though they are assumed to have nothing less than the state of the art equipment, gear, and resources available to The Eastern Imperium.
History
The History of The Shirokami is a thing kept purposefully shrouded in mystery and myth...most assume they were founded when The Eastern Imperium itself was founded, but no evidence exists to support this belief.
