Salty Bastards

The Salty Bastards are a mercenary faction operating out of the Ioan moon, Diamond. Their guild hall is located in a neighborhood in Adamant City called Hog Town. The Salty Bastards are primarily composed of the Hanzir who live in Hog Town, forced out of thier lumbercutting trade when a disease called Hog Rot decimated Diamond's tree population. The bastards' leader is a Hanzier named King and their flagship is called the Maidenhead, so named because her hull has purportedly never been breached.
Liam Albrecht hired the Salty Bastards in his plot to kidnap his uncle, Cecil, and kill his brother, Simon. Luckily, Simon was able to convince King to stand down using diplomacy by pointing out that taking a job to kill two Homyn nobles was not in the guild's best interests.
