The Adventure Begins: The party is hired in Neverwinter by Gundren Rockseeker to escort a supply wagon to Barthen's Provisions in Phandalin. They set out along the High Road.
Goblin Ambush: The party encounters goblin raiders on the Triboar Trail and discovers the goblins have captured Gundren and his escort, Sildar Hallwinter.
Cragmaw Hideout: They track the goblins to their hideout, rescue Sildar, and learn that Gundren was taken to King Grol, leader of the Cragmaw goblins.
The party arrives in Phandalin, delivers the supplies, and starts to learn about the various local problems, including the Redbrands.

Faithless' mercy: Faithless finds Blark, a goblin, enslaved to a tribe of Half-Ogres. Him and his team kill the Half-Ogres and he asks Blark to join him on his pilgrimage.
Wave Echo Cave: The party explores the cave, facing various monsters, traps, and finding the Forge of Spells.
Confronting Venomfang: The party confronts and deals with the Green Dragon, Venomfang, and claims the cave.
Unlikely Alliance: The Crimson Guard, responding to the threat of an assembling orc horde near Conyberry, successfully united the forces of the Lord's Alliance, The Harpers, and the Zhentarim. Despite their usual differences, agreeing to collaborate and combine their resources, intelligence, and military strength to face the common enemy. Breaking the horde: After four weeks of warfare and skirmishes, led by the Crimson Guard, the combined group executed superior tactics, leading to a significant victory. The orc leaders were eliminated, causing the horde to scatter in retreat, and marking a triumph of unity over division for the regions of the Sword Coast.
Blark joins ranks: In search of his missing friend, Faithless, Blark joins Doctor Hamato and Kjata as they prepare an ambush against a orc camp with a powerful Orc, known only as the Slaughter Lord.

Witnessing a meteorite crash, they met Eridian, Warden of the Starforged. Their respect for his mission earned them the Blessings of Gond for the Forge of Spells.

Back in Phandalin, they traded the hexed eye with Greentooth, securing a cure for the poisoned children and forming a reluctant alliance.
The Crimson Guard embarked on a mission to transport lumber from an abandoned logging camp in Neverwinter Wood. They encountered several challenges, including a broken wagon wheel, attacks by winter wolves and a displacer beast, and an ambush by a gang known as the Ribbed Shafters.
Doctor Hamato and Blark, uncovered a tragic misunderstanding at an abandoned logging camp: the harvested logs were actually young treants. Confronted by grieving adult treants, they chose a peaceful resolution, forgoing their lumber mission out of respect for the treants' loss. Hamato attempted to appease the treants with a gift from his Bag of Beans.
