Sersoi

The Knowing Adjuvant

Sersoi is the embodiment of family and friendship, often depicted as a motherly figure. Her origin is speculated to lie at the heart of civilization, she originally being a kind and caring person who during a time of strife and suffering proved to be such a force of good that she by almost superhuman strength brought aid to so many suffering. Those suffering saw this being who brought them salvation as divine, and their combined faith, fuel by feverish delusions saw their caretaker being elevated to a divine station.
Sersoi's aspects are core to any civilization, no house can stand divided, and her ethos reinforces people coming together and forming communities, all while caring for each other. She also acknowledges that life is short, and that is a duty to oneself to enjoy it while it lasts, preferably in a communal sense. This has also earned her the title of goddess of feasts.

The faith: Sersoi' Handmaidens

These devotees are mostly women who live and die for each other and those under their case, following Sersoi's ethos. They spread the word of compassion and community, often forming the hearth of any settlement. They also often oversee and manage the many feasts and celebration which are performed in their communities.

Shrines to Sersoi

These buildings offer shelter to those in need, no matter where they're from. Often beggers and orphans find some semblance of a homely place at these Shrines. Often these Shrines are prestigious buildings at the heart of the settlement.

Quests of the Faith

Those that want the blessing of Seroi will: need to justify some sort blemish on civilization, provide humanitarian aid to those in dire need or ensure some doomed event flourished, all with the final goal of spreading joy and happiness to the people of the community.
