Favela
When workers of Florence Oil ran out of space to settle on the hillside below the railway, it was only logical to continue to build homes above it.
Despite the name, it's not that bad. Mostly. Just a suburb that grew way too big for it's infrastructure. Schools are too few, traffic on central streets is bad, there are electrical blackouts, and the higher you go, the less water you are getting. Noise is bad too - railway thunders between mountainsides with relentless echo. But taxes are low, the view is amazing, and there is cool mountain breeze in summer months.
