Rainbow
Urban boom in the early 21th century led to the rebuilding of the small village into this district on the ocean shore. Construction of Newport and adjacent industries helped reinvigorate it in the 50s.
For all intents and purposes this is the center of Swash (stream which had lent the city its name now bubbles in a pipe somewhere below Rainbow Park). However, proximity to the airport shaped it in interesting ways - for example, there are no highrises, and streets are lined with trees to soak up noise. There are plenty of touristy attractions - famous Arch, Sterling Amusement park, and fish market, to name a few. City blocks are densely built, but not being tall, overall population density is lower than, say, in Divinity. Maybe this contributes to the stereotype that Rainbow residents tend to be good-natured and cheerful.
