Futura Old railyard

When first railway in the region was built, railway yard was laid down in this valley due to it's faltness. Very quickly rail workers took over the shepherd hamlet nearby. In the 2020s this suburb was redeveloped as a sprawling urban center, capable of providing everything to it's citizens. Old railyard was relocated far outside city boundaries and now it's place is occupied by railway station.
Densely populated and well established neighborhood - and a lot of people agree, having chosen to live and/or work here. Main streets are wide, residential streets are cozy. Local universities and cultural scene is well known in Seven Cities and far beyond.
