Natural expansion of Ribbon upstream. M-1 was built at its borders at the time. A lot of development happened here in the past few decades.
Low-density, well-planned, riverside, quiet, near various interesting points. It would have been a nice place to live if not for the chemical spill incident in 2073. Highly toxic compounds infected most of the neighborhood, and tremendous effort was put into cleaning up the disaster.
