Rockies

Argument can be made that it's not in Redridge at all, and that it is just a town on the other side of the river. But economic ties with Redridge are deep. Prior to construction of M-4 the only way to civilization was over the bridge to Wolf's Bank, or by rail to the Port Stanley. Life is steady if unsophisticated, so in recent years some of the Aerbright residents chose to move here to escape hectic lifestyle.
Cascade failures caused by the climate shift caused Mira to flood just in the bend where Rockies are located. Floods are unpredictable and vicious. Some streets are filled with water permanently. Many local drifters use makeshift canoes to get around. It is difficult to maintain businesses in these conditions, so economically Rockies are on the bottom.
