Player Coterie
Our player characters.
They were all in Duskridge for their own reasons, but when the Ironjaw Reavers raided the village, they all found themselves amongst each other within the Shrine of Lady Elysia Vonheart on the 29th of Shadowmonth, 748.
Some of the group challenged Zerren von Nachstein to a fight in a last ditch effort to save their own hides, but the Vampire easily dispensed with them. He took them down to the shrine where he revealed the uncorrupted Priestess, Lady Elysia Vonheart, was nothing more than a slumbering Vampire in Torpor manipulating the denizens of Duskridge to preserve her body. The name itself was nothing more than an alias as she was Zerren's sister, Seraphina von Nachstein. Zerren diablerized and then chose to have the players killed.
On the next night they were embraced and placed under the leadership of Zerren's concubine, Odessa.
