Old Docks

The Old Docks represent the historic maritime gateway of Dragsa, located on the northern edge of Mossveil. This area, though showing signs of age and weathering, remains bustling with activity. The docks are a testament to Dragsa's rich seafaring history and its ongoing importance as a center for trade and travel.

The docks are lined with weather-beaten wooden piers and stone quays, each bearing the marks and patinas of decades. The warehouses near the waterfront are constructed from old, sturdy timber and cobblestone, designed to withstand the harsh maritime environment. Rustic cranes and hoists, used for loading and unloading goods, dot the landscape, adding to the industrial charm of the area.   Visitors to the Old Docks are greeted by the salty tang of the sea mingled with the smells of fish, tar, and wet wood. The creaking of boats swaying in the harbor, shouts of dockworkers, and the occasional squawk of seabirds create a lively auditory backdrop. The touch of moist ocean air and the sight of ships coming and going evoke a sense of adventure and nostalgia.   Despite being overshadowed by newer maritime facilities, the Old Docks remain crucial for smaller scale fishermen and traders who rely on its accessibility and historical trade routes. It serves as a point of entry for exotic goods and a departure point for local exports, maintaining its role in the city's economy.
