Mestor sits at the mouth of the Vestarin River as it flows into the Strait of Brightcook and the Shining Ocean beyond. The capital of the Estarin Empire is still home to many powerful organizations including the Cathedral of the Broken the centre of worship for the Penitent of the Lost Light, the Imperial Bank of Mestor, and one of the largest Scriptoriums of The Order of the Broken Tome.
