Lilandi

West of Draigenmore, just southwest of Breland, this island in The White Sea is home to the Elves.  The Elves have mastered the art of sailing on the rough White Sea and are the best ship builders and sailors of the realms.
Lilandi has embassies in K'ylln, Lothian, and they also are represented in the forces stationed at the Northern Outpost.
