City of Siang
The City of Siang is the largest city in the Republic of Rye and serves as the capitol. Being a coastal city it has grown and prospered. During the war, it was attacked but the invading forces were repelled before any drastic damage was suffered. It remains the crown jewel of the Republic.

Architecture
The buildings in the docks district are well made wooden buildings typically a smattering of large apartment like structures or warehouses as well a offices for the various trade organizations that operate from the docks. The government district typically has large stone structures and feature the large governmental buildings as well as the mansions the former nobles of Zabald used to live in. A more transient district has developed off the western walls of the governmental district, there are a few permanent structures made from wood as well as many tents scattered about. The large fields around the city proper are dotted with small farmhouses constructed from stone and wood.
Geography
The city stands surrounded on three sides by open fields, used for farming. On the East is a large channel that can accommodate large and heavy sea going vassals that serves as the primary port and the heart of the city.
