Dromaria World Map
When creating a website to house Dromaria, our central concept was a one-stop location for everything the world could hold. World Anvil’s dynamic map features were a big reason we chose it as our host. It has allowed us to bring the world to life in a visual, interactive way.
By clicking on the world map, you can select locations and access relevant campaign information, including population, essential figures, nearby shops, inns, neighboring tensions, and local monsters. This is the dream we have for every region of Dromaria, but for now, the Southern Tritos Dominion is the first area fully realized.
While only some things are online, the foundation has been laid, and every location offers story hooks to dive deeper into the world. We hope the map becomes a rabbit hole where a curious soul could get lost in the details while easily finding their way back.
The map features an information sidebar, a search function, and an atlas toggle that allows you to turn highlighted aspects on or off. Every item on the map connects to related pages filled with facts, characters, and additional information.

Currently, you can access every country and continent, but full details are only available for the Southern Tritos Dominion.
For example, the town of Shelter Lake allows you to zoom in on locations like the Hanging Trout, meet NPCs like Burton Talos, and view floor plans of the inn, while still being able to zoom out to the broader world map.
Map made by Drew Whitney
You can view city maps, with Bastor, Dondarian, Lolien, Rastein, Shelter Lake, and Tintown all fully detailed already. The map is evolving, and while it is limited for now, it continues to grow with us. We encourage you to explore and see what’s already there.
The map is an ambitious project, and it will take time before the entire world is fully online. We’re beginning with what have outlined, which is already available alongside the free companion campaign, The Red Keep Adventure. Next up are Crammin, the goblin city, and the struggling Copper Settlements, completing this region of the world. Key locations such as Justicar's Fortune and the Shifting Citadel are in development, with detailed maps and accompanying dungeon adventures.
Navigating the Map & Locations
On certain maps, you’ll notice a small sandwich icon in the corner of the screen. This icon provides additional functionality depending on where you are on the site. For example, when in the Hanging Trout, the icon allows you to switch between floor one and floor two, giving you more detailed insight into the inn's layout. On the world map, the sandwich icon lets you toggle features like country borders and location pins. This flexibility makes it easy to navigate between large regions and specific points of interest, such as towns, inns, and landmarks.Evolving Nature

From the Village Vault
As new areas are released, we’ll also provide campaign adventures and short arc one-shots called From the Village Vault, highlighting specific parts of the map and interesting story elements.
Our first FtVV, Aiding the Hammer, takes place in Shelter Lake, leading into an upcoming Festival.
October’s entries will feature a spooky theme for World Anvil’s Spooktember event. Future installments will be released weekly, each containing its own map. Some may link to the world map, while others will stand alone.Gazetteer
