Noble Obelisk Inn

Neighbors The Brawl in Ambergulch. The two establishments are separated: Shautha can't be bothered with the management necessary for an inn, and the Khosta's want to provide a quieter environment for their patrons.

Architecture

Three stories high, the inn is built around an ancient petrified tree trunk -approximately 7 ft in diameter- which serves as a major structural support, reinforced with metal bands that have been wrapped around and bolted on. The ground level is an open floor plan with plenty of comfortable seating, bookshelves, and a complimentary tea bar for guests. The other two floors have ten rooms each, and there are stables for travellers behind the inn. 
Each room features two beds sized for two to three people, and is decorated with shadowboxes over the headboards containing locally sourced fossils.

As the closest major settlement to Zankor, this inn has been chosen as one of the first candidates for Chest of Holding product testing. Each room contains one, and the owners have a surplus of keys to sell to their patrons.
