Personal history
Garret has lived in Luna Cove County most of his life and grew up in Copper Stout. Being over 100 years old he wittnesed the end of the 13th dance The Inquasitions Folly and the The Cataclysm and the Day of Rainbow Fire. After all of that, and learning of the Tales of Paratel the Bard he truly belives that litirature contains a a vast number of hiden truths. His patron has certainly opened many doors for him. As the warlock course professor he asks less like a true teacher and more like a glorified counselor helping students navigate their pacts.
