After the first appearance of Super Powers in 1987, many countries started to monopolize heroes. Unlike our world, the Cold War didn't end in 1991, it actually got worse. We went from holding nukes against each other to threating a super-powered war that would end the world.

FoundingWith most of North and South America left in remnants of what they used to be, they decided to join together to help each other rebuild. North and South AMerica no longer existed, instead they created the New Americas. The U.S., Canada, and Mexico would all still be their own countries, but all of South America would combine into one single country in this new Continent. Central America would also create their own unified country, and would end up joining the New Americas in the coming years.

Prime Academy is Founded
Construction beginning/endPrime Academy is founded in Neo City, New Americas by Astrid Procaccia. It was founded to be a competitor to Champion University, but didn't really gain popularity until 2125. It gained notoriety for its avant garde teaching methods, and is popular with the newer generations. It's a much more futuristic campus and college compared to Champion University. Prime Academy is now the main rival of Champion University, and students from either college are always having disagreements.

The Ultimate Hero Disappears
Era beginning/endThe Ultimate Hero, who had been upholding the peace of the world on his shoulders, disappeared out of nowhere. His disappearance caused numerous criminal organization to come up from the shadows, and with the outlawing of Metahuman creation, arranged marriages started becoming more popular. Certain people were getting married in order to create a child with a "perfect" set of powers.

FoundingThe Save the World Inititative is founded by Myles Rapa. It's goals are identical to the A.E.G.I.S. organization, but Myles believed them to be corrupt and didn't want to leave the safety of the world to a bunch of bureaucrats. Black Rose Syndicate gains Notoriety
Criminal ActivityThe Black Rose Syndicate is basically just a hub for mercenaries to do jobs and gained a cult following after they won the struggle for power left in the wake of the disappearance of the Ultimate Hero. They are currently the largest known and active criminal organization in all of the New Americas.
