Council Building & Order of the Shield
The Council Building sits in the centre of Takari Peak and is where the Dukes and Duchesses of the city discuss politics. It is also where the Order of the Shield operate from. There is a much larger presence of the Knights in this city, due to the connection to Yukori Prison.
